Rudy passed away from Alzheimers Disease November 2, 2011 at the age of 67.  His obituary was in the Courier Journal on  November 6, 2011.  He is survived by his wife Rebecca (Becky Arnold), their three children Molly Ann, Arnold Barth and Michael Rudy, two granddaughters, his mother Carolyn Barth and  his brother William James "BJ" Miller.
